Buy the new Suzuki z400 or the Honda 400ex, great all around bikes and they are darn near bullet proof. Aftermarket has a ton of hop ups for each of these.
You don't need a race bike (any of the 450's) and the banshee is going to get older and older and the aftermarket will eventually dwindle just like it did on the 250r's.

question about fight club
Having browsed the website today after many months away, I am kind of disquested at what you current atvnews residence have done to the place.
A couple of 'old school' rules to keep the place in tip top shape.
1) Fight club is for bench racing about QUADS!!!!!, leave your political ramblings for "Open Forum" I love the fact that morons trying to tell me how to vote can't even get their posts in the right catagory.
2) Calling people "Gay". Get a brain and develope a better more whitty comeback so that we can all have a laugh.
3) Your quad isn't the best just b/c it's the one in your garage. There will always be a better quad. like mine, it's THE best.
4) Never go into fight club and list a set of "old school" rules, it makes you look like a dumb arse.

Next year Pro MX
This is sort of a double post, I commented on this in the forum titled Yamaha yfz450r.
But,
I wonder who will riding for who next year in Pro MX?
Some things to ponder.
KTM needs to get some big names to increase their market potential of their high priced high value quads, I am sure Upperman will be on one.
Yamaha keeps pumping a dry well with Brown, hopefully they find water
Honda doesn't really care about organized quad racing so we really shouldn't care about Honda. I hope Byrd finds a nest that treats him better (this coming from a Honda Fan)
Can-Am has the talent in Natalie, does Natalie have the talent in Can-Am?
Suzuki is stacked with riders, but Weinen's contract is up and Gust is hinting at retirement.
Kawasaki is said to be running a 2 man team next year, so one of their guys needs a home who and where will he land.
Polaris just got Dunk who has been on the vurge of breaking through for years, is this the year?
With the price of travel rising and the economy falling, next year is going to be a very interesting year for Factory Pro Quad racing. Manufacutures are about Dollars and Cents. They invest in race teams on Sunday to sell bikes on Monday, same as it is in every other motorsport. With a slow economy and rising travel expenses I hope that the manus are satisfied and reach their 09 goals. It's to bad that the economy is in bad shape when quad racing is on the vurge of going main stream. I hope it all doesn't come crashing down.
I love seeing our sport on the rise. Selfishly I don't want it to get too big though because I like the personal feel the Nationals currently provide. Pro Bike races are much colder and there are many more attitudes walking around pits than what you'll find at a pro quad national.
Good luck to all the race teams and privateers next year. Is it February yet?

the bike looks like it'll be real nice. Hopefully Yamaha changed their ways and are putting out more than just 'nice on paper' quads. If this thing lives up to what it sounds like it is, KTM and Suzuki are going to have their hands full. All the others are begining to be left in the dust. That is until the new migthy Honda 450r comes out!

Not going to race this weekend. I like watching the Pros and hanging with my bros drinking stros. Ha, that was a good one.
I usually don't race the national b/c I like hanging out taking in the vibe. When I race I get nervose and I wouldn't enjoy all the weekend has to offer. I actually have yet to race this year. I have been riding a bit, but no races as of yet. Gas is to high and I haven't had the time.

Humans must eat and drink for nourishment, science has been able to isolate specific vitamins and minerals and package them for easy consumption. Sure their are plenty of energy drinks out there, but this isn't an energy drink. Energy drinks are sugar which give you a quick blast of energy, but are not intended to promote or provide a healthy lifestyle. This product is intended to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Your "Roids" is an example of an unnatural supplement and NOT as good as the real thing, roids trick the body and make 'fake' muscle. Eliminate the roids and the muscle goes to.
If you take nutrients and vitamins these promote healthy growth and improved well being. Nutrients and vitamins are the 'real thing'. I like the product. I take a daily vitamin, this product gives me the vitamins I want and a tasty drink to consume them with all in one neat little package.

Are you on Mars? Not sure what series you're looking at, but Honda is having a great year, punctuated by the recent baja podium sweep. All of this with privateer racers non-the-less.
I love the KTM quad, probably even love it more than Adam McGill does considering it's cost him the championship points lead due to two (2) dose, DNF's. Did I mention two Did-Not-Finishes?

Oh really,
They had past champion Travis Spader riding their bike, he couldn't get into the top 5.
Natalie and Whimmer both sucked until they got off the bike, Dunk is on fire this year since switching from Yamahaslow to Slowsiki to Honda.
